Cheryl Diane Rhicard (Milner)

Cheryl Rhicard, a loving wife and mother, passed away at her home on Gabriola Island on December 10, 2023.
Cheryl was born in West Vancouver to Ab and Marge Milner and grew up in Lynn Valley.
After graduating Argyle Secondary she moved to Lumby and Heffley Creek before landing on Gabriola Island, where she met and married Steve Rhicard. They enjoyed many years on their hobby farm and her love of horses carried on. They had two daughters Nicole (Myles) and Teagan (Dan) as well as two granddaughters (Peyton and Presley).
Cheryl is survived by her brother Bob (Karen) and numerous nieces’ nephews and cousins, as well as friends on the Island and Lynn Valley.
She will be missed by all.
The family would like to thank the first responders.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
